Eligibility to Vote or Be Nominated for the Executive Committee
To be eligible to vote or be nominated for the Woodford County LP Executive Committee at the Annual Convention, you must complete all three steps by January 1, 2027:
Be a registered voter residing in Woodford County.
Be registered as a Libertarian with the Kentucky Secretary of State: https://vrsws.sos.ky.gov/vic/

Annual Convention Agenda
The convention will be called to order promptly at 11:45 AM.
Registration and Credentials
Registration, check-in, and check-out will be handled by the Credentials Committee.
Check-in will open at least one hour before convention business for parties with 50 or more voting members, or 15 minutes before for parties with fewer than 50 voting members.
The Credentials Committee will present its initial report identifying authorized voting delegates when the convention is called to order.
After adoption of the initial report, additional voting delegates may be recognized only through the required approval process. Check-in opportunities will be provided every two hours and after recesses longer than 10 minutes, as specified in the party rules.
Officer Reports — Each officer or acting officer may give a report of up to five minutes, unless the voting delegates approve additional time.
Election of County Party Officers — The Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer will be elected by eligible voting members present and voting at the Annual Convention, consistent with party rules.
